Lumen offers three plans to fit stores of all sizes. All billing is handled through Shopify — no separate payment setup needed.

Free plan

The Free plan gives you core order tracking with 50 conversations per month. It's a good way to try Lumen and confirm the storefront widget works for your store.

Best for: New stores, low-volume stores, or stores evaluating Lumen.

Limitations: The "Powered by Lumen" badge is displayed, email escalation alerts are not sent, analytics are not included, and conversations pause after the Free monthly limit.

Pro plan — $29/month

Pro includes 700 conversations per month, email escalation alerts, weekly summary reports, basic analytics, CSV export, store policy support, widget position and visibility controls, and removal of Lumen branding.

Best for: Growing stores that want to reduce support ticket volume and need visibility into performance.

Pro+ plan — $69/month

Pro+ includes everything in Pro, increases the monthly conversation limit to 1,500, and adds advanced analytics, ticket status editing, custom AI persona instructions, and custom bot avatar upload.

Best for: High-volume stores, Shopify Plus merchants, and stores that want full control over the customer experience.

Free trial

All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel at any time during the trial with no charge.

Billing
